6. Do you accept returns?
 
Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.
Returns only accepted in case of damaged items. 
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
 
 
7. Do i have to pay any custom duty?
 
Custom duty charges/ VAT/ Import duty, are solely under the discretion of the local governments and as a seller, we have no control over the same. Your country's Import Rules and regulations play a vital role in determining the Custom duties/ VAT/ Import duties etc.
 
8. What are your shipping charges?
 
The shipping charges are calculated on the basis of approximate weight of product and the destination country. Thus, they may vary depending on the products selected and the shipping address. You can check the shipping charges while checking out for your order on our website.
 
9. What is your delivery time?
 
Every product needs different processing time to get ready and shipped from our side. The processing time is mentioned on our website. Stitching on any of the product/s will take additional 5-7 working days.
 
 
10. I want my products to be shipped faster, how can you help me?
 
You can call or talk to our customer support executive regarding the urgency of order before placing order. If possible, we will inform your regarding tentative shipping date of the order. If you are ok with that, you can proceed with the order.
